Payments and cancellation
Deposit schedules, balance dates and cancellation conditions will be stated in your individual booking proposal before payment.
Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and compliance with entry rules applicable to their journey.
Changes beyond our control
Routes and services may need adjustment because of weather, road conditions, park regulations, safety considerations or supplier changes. Suitable alternatives will be arranged where possible.
